The majority of the refrigerated trailers are insulated box straight frame tri-axle specification with tail-lifts. The remainder of the order are without tail-lifts. The trailers have Carrier Transicold Vector 1550 fridges. Culina specified SAF Intradrum drum brake axles on all the trailers..
The bulk of the trailers are destined for the Muller Milks products contract and the remainder for general customer product distribution.
Culina Group specified SAF Intradrum drum brake axles.
Mark Matkin, fleet manager, Culina, said: “We chose Cartwright for this substantial order because they were the only trailer manufacturer who could meet a very tight customer deadline.
”We have been working closely with Paul Burn, Lionel Curtis and his engineering team and the quality of Cartwright’s fridge trailers has substantially improved.”
