DTZ Investors and Graftongate have completed the speculative development of a major new industrial warehouse at Trafford Park in Manchester, with Savills and JLL jointly instructed as letting agents.
The 64,355 sq ft (5,979 sq m) facility, known as M, is located in the Ashburton Point area of the estate. It benefits from a large service yard with trailer parking, fully fitted first floor offices and landscaped surroundings.
Trafford Park is one of Europe’s largest dedicated industrial estates, covering 1,300 acres (527 hectares). Ashburton Point extends to 22 acres (9 hectares) within the site and is occupied by a mix of national and regional firms including Gate Gourmet and Globus.

The very well-connected location makes it ideal for a wide range of occupiers and we are already in talks with a number of interested parties.”
